This page explains what I do with your information. It is short, because I collect very little.
What I hold
- Your email address and name, so I can send you what you bought and answer you.
- What you ordered and when.
- Anything you send me when you commission written work — your answers, your recordings, whatever you choose to tell me.
I do not see or hold your card details at any point. Payment is handled entirely by Paddle.
Who else is involved
- Paddle processes the payment as merchant of record and holds the billing information you give them. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- My email provider, because that is where your messages to me live.
- My website host, which keeps ordinary server logs.
Nobody else. I do not sell, rent, share or trade your information, and I never will.
What you tell me about your family
If you commission a book you will tell me private things. I want to be plain about this.
I do not publish, quote, sell, or show anybody what you send me. Not on the website, not in a newsletter, not as an example to another customer. If I ever wanted to quote a single line from your book, I would ask you first and take no for an answer.
I keep your answers and your book for as long as you might want another copy. If you ask me to delete everything, I will, and I will confirm when it is done.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising. Paddle's checkout sets what it needs in order to work.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to emorylunn@duck.com and I will do it.
